Mobile App Enhancement Via Flutter Development

I am on the hunt for a proficient Flutter developer experienced in enhancing and customizing a mobile application that is connected to a website too. The app is connected to a Laravel website and I need some specific enhancements. The exact details will be provided later, but what i want is add 1 more payment method(Full development Sdk will be provided with docs) this will be the default payment method. there are 3 apps user provider and admin all 3 connected to a website so the changes have to reflect on all ( the code is very clean done by a professional team) we just want it to be suitable for our area local city. there are few other edits we need like adding ability to send Cv to the admin before proivider start work ( the current process is that the provider signs up then admin confirms him then he uploads document but i want it so that he sends documents when doing the sign up.
