52061 - Mobile App Development (using Appsheet or Flutter)

We have a Laravel PHP based project for Short Term Office Rentals. We are seeking a qualified mobile app developer to create a cross-platform mobile application for both Android and iOS.

For the design of our Progressive Web App, we used the OpenTable application as the inspiration.
Similar applications that have the same functionality as our sites are:
Airbnb
Realtor.com
Zillow
Vrbo.com
Our application currently has approximately 40 screens and includes payment processing through our own custom gateway.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 Years experience with Mobile App development, with at 2 years of experience with Flutter framework
Provide at least THREE (3) live and working Mobile Apps that you have developed using Flutter or React Native
Strong familiarity with both iOS and Android development environments, SDKs.
Previous experience implementing user authentication systems.
Experience with in-app purchases and familiarity with respective policies of Apple and Google Play.
