Missing appointments in wordpress database - Bookly plugin (Read first) -- 2

I have a bookly plugin setup in my website for taking appointments from the customer.
Very recently I migrated the website from old server to my new server, and I copied the database using updraft plus.
But I can see that some of the appointments are missing now. I have a complete backup of an old database which I have set it up in another subdomain, and it has all the appointments.
I wonder if anyone can help me sort this problem, you need to compare both tables, and update the missing appointments only without loosing any new appointments.
