Missing appointments in wordpress database - Bookly plugin (Read first)

I have a bookly plugin setup in my website for taking appointments from the customer.
Very recently I migrated the website from old server to my new server, and I copied the database properly.
But I can see that some of the appointments are missing now. I have a complete backup of an old database.
I wonder if anyone can help me sort this problem, we need to update the database to add the missing appointments back, without loosing any new appointments.
