Missing Total Value on Registration Form

I have a PHP web registration form that inputs and outputs values from a MySQL database. It is built on AdminLTE with some JavaScript. The form is part of a PHP application that is designed to run both online on a public website and offline with NO internet access. It works well online, but when running offline the value of the TOTAL: $$ is missing, it shows all zeros $00.00. There is some part of the form or application that depends on the internet to display data values, and I need that corrected.
