Minor changes A4 Invoice format to my php based web Erp

Hi all, I need a PHP programmer to make minor changes to my php based web billing appliCation.
Changes are very minute, I just want to modify that A4 SIze invoice format. I want to remove the header and footer .
Header & footer i will be pre printing on my invoice paper . So I don't want them to repeat on my the based ERP . I can't locate the file for the invoice format.
I have attached and marked in red the area to be removed. Also the lines to be removed .
Invoice alignment should not be changed .
Invoice number to be still printed on my Invoice .
