Minimalist Task Management Website Redesign

I am looking to redesign my website with a minimalist approach. The main objective of my website is task management. It should function optimally on a mobile WebView app with no access outside of it. The redesign involves the creation of two databases, a PHP file, and two include files that are strategically placed outside the public directory and are only accessible by the PHP file.
