I'm looking to create a professional Minecraft server complete with a designated minigame, 'The Pit'. This minigame should closely resemble its version on the Czech Server Survial-games.cz, but with some unique custom features and modifications.

Key Requirements:
- The server will be hosted on my own PC, so no need for external hosting arrangements.
- An exact replica of the Survial-games.cz version of 'The Pit', but with a mix of custom additions.
- The custom features should include unique items and weapons, player abilities or ranks, as well as special events, challenges, quests, and daily contracts, mimicking the gameplay of 'The Pit' on Survial-games.cz.
