Minecraft Plugin Developer for Lifesteal-related Plugin

Looking for a minecraft plugin developer to addon to an existing paid lifesteal plugin (LifestealCore). The objective is to come up with a way to make a trial of sorts for when someone is banned for losing all their hearts and attempt to rejoin, they are put into a trial. At certain checkpoints, they are given more hearts to spawn with when they complete/fail the trial. This would be setup using an instanced world such as a dungeons plugin. They will then be teleported to the main spawn in the main world. I would like to confer with whomever is interested in this job in order to figure out the best course of action to take to get this done. Price is negotiable for time and effort required.
