Minecraft MMO SMP plugin

I need a plugin that when the players spawn in there is npcs that the player can right click on and it will open up a menu on a certain class type. e.g Mage Class, Knight Class, Assasin class, Healer Class, Archer Class. I also want to be able to create class restriced items that have certain abilitys like the magic spigot plugin. and also a quest system that I can customize with a gui ingame that has class specific restrictions.
