Mikrotik Hotspot wifi

Hello,

I need a mikrotik hotspot for guest authentication.
When guest connect to wifi network, will be redirected to a webpage, put the email and if click submit will receive an OTP code. Using this code will gain access to internet.

PS: If you bid am amount I asume that will be final and no negociation will be take in consideration.
