Migration of an old Web Application (Zend+PHP+MySQL) into a new machine

I have a client with ongoing relationship who wants me the migrate his "old" PHP+MYSQL based system to migrated into a new machine with updated versions the technologies.

I am looking for longterm partners who can maintain and bugfix the system whenever errors appear.
