Migration of emails, contacts, and calendar to dovecot -- 2

Hi,
Objective: We will be migrating users from old email host (Dovecot) to a new email host (Dovecot/OpenXchange)

We are need a tool to help us to do:
1. User Accounts provisioning. Read from a CSV file, and provision the users in the new LDAP identity. API: https://confluence-public.open-xchange.com/display/OASC/OX+Cloud+Provisioning+101

2. Create a web GUI tool to use the imapsync/dsync (https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Migration/Dsync) tool to sync the users from source to destination IMAP Servers

3. Create a web GUI tool and migrate the contacts, calendars, mail filters, out of office. The destination dovecot API is: https://documentation.open-xchange.com/components/middleware/http/latest/index.html#!

- Emails

- Mail filter (HTTP API)
