Migrating Forms - Cognito Forms to Zoho Forms
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
This task would require migrating and replicate forms from Cognito Forms to the Zoho Forms. We have around 20 online order forms that have been created with Cognito Forms. We are in the process of moving these to Zoho Forms.
This initial project is to replicate ONE of these forms into Zoho forms. The form that we would like replicated into Zoho Forms is the following form: https://forms.netvault.net.au/forms/4g-mobile.html
Note that the only action needed once a form is filled in is to email a copy of the form data to an email address.
Once this initial form is complete and working to satisfaction, we will then ask the winner to perform the same with the remaining forms (each form will be charged to us separately to this initial project)
