Migrate users from a custom shopping cart to woocomerce

I am looking for a developer who can migrate my users from my current custom shopping cart platform, which is built on PHP, to WooCommerce. In addition to the migration, I also require some additional features to be added to the new platform. The priority feature that I need is a custom user interface that is both user-friendly and visually appealing.
