Migrate my software to web

I have an application developed in Forms 6i and I want to migrate to web, but using the packages and store procedures and the logic PL/SQL table record that uses Forms 6i.
In the pictures attached you can see an example of one basic package: the first image shows the pl/sql table record that is declared for using in the package, the second image shows how the package calls the table record for using it and the last image shows how the insert uses the table record for insert the values.
