Migrate ruby redirect to WordPress

I have migrated a website built on ruby on rail to wordpress. There are switch cases redirects on the ruby website and I am trying to import them to wordpress.

Here is the road map

Old website (built with ruby on rail) ==> New website (built on wordpress)
Old website (switch cases redirects) ==> New website ( needs the wp switch cases redirects).

I have attached file with the ruby switch cases redirect conditions (see the attachment)
