Migrate a production Prestashop Website over to latest version 1.7.x -- 2

We have a production website that requires an update to Prestashop 1.7.x from 1.6 so we can take advantage of features, security updates and PHP7 speed improvements. Currently the site is using Prestashop version 1.6.0. We can provide a test environment for the job. We would like it to be done as soon as possible. The winner will likely continue working with us for the foreseeable future on other projects.
