Migrate lower version of PHP (Laravel framework) to latest version and add few features in the project

We have developed a project built in lower versions of PHP (lower versions of Laravel 5.0). We need to migrate it to the latest version. Fix bugs (if any arise) after the migration.

Migrating the existing version of the software to the current version
Existing bugs fixing (a few broken links)
Reshape and rebrand the website (name change and certain colors or themes).
Close or hide certain tabs.
Add a payment link (integration with a certain payment system)
Add few features
Link the site and users, and subscribers with a constant contact tool.
Deployment of the software and handover of the source code
