Migrate / customize Magento 1 webservice API module to Magento 2

I am in the progress of migrating my Magento 1 store to Magento 2 and I am still looking for a developer to migrate the custom made webservice API interface / module (Oculus webservice) and cron job(s) related to this module.
This module, in combination with a cron job, synchronizes various webservice tasks.
For example:
Customers, Customer address, Customer group, Products, Item info, Item stock, Item grouping, Item categories, Item description, Attribute value description, Attribute values, Attributes, Attribute description, Attribute set, Categories, Category descriptions, Product vat, Product group vat, Customer group vat, Export order to backend software, Order details and more.
You can study the logic of the module and cron jobs related to this plugin.
I’m looking for a freelancer who is able to make this Magento 1 module work in Magento 2.
I have included some printscreens in the attachment so you can have a look at the logic/design.
We will work on a develop server first, when it is working correctly we will transfer it to live.
