Migrate Wordpress website to Microsoft Azure

We have a wordpress website which we would like to migrate to Microsoft Azure. We have created a Virtual machine and the App service on Azure.
We require assistance to migrate the website files and databases and get the website operation on the Azure platform for testing. We will then migrate the domain settings once we are happy with the performance on the Azure platform
