Target infrastructure (must use)

Hostinger Cloud Enterprise: 6 CPU cores, 12 GB RAM, 300 GB NVMe, 300 PHP workers, Dedicated IP, Unlimited SSL, LiteSpeed Enterprise.
CDN/WAF: Cloudflare (Free or better).
DB: MariaDB ≥10.6 / MySQL 8.
PHP: 8.2/8.3 (lsphp) with separate pools per site.
Caching: LiteSpeed Cache (full-page for anonymous) + Redis Object Cache + OPcache.

Scope (applies to each site)

Staging clone on Hostinger → configure LSCache (ESI for cart/account if applicable), Redis, image/WebP-AVIF, lazy-load, Critical CSS.

Cloudflare: Full (strict), HTTP/3, Brotli, Early Hints. Cache rules to bypass /wp-admin*, /wp-login*, /cart*, /checkout*, /my-account*, /wc-api/*, ?s=, preview, and cookies wordpress_logged_in, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp-postpass.

DB tuning: innodb_buffer_pool_size ~30–40% RAM (cluster-wide), slow query log; index checks for heavy tables (wp_postmeta, wp_options).

Cron: disable WP_CRON, add system cron (5–10 min).

SEO & URL parity: validate permalinks, existing 301s, canonicals, robots.txt, sitemaps; crawl for ≥99.5% URL/status parity.

Cutover with zero downtime: lower DNS TTL, cache warm-up, live monitoring of 4xx/5xx, CPU/IO.

Post-cutover: resubmit sitemaps to GSC, fix residual 404s, short report.

Performance acceptance (per site):

Equal or better than baseline (you capture PSI/WebPageTest mobile before/after).

TTFB (cached, anonymous) < 200–300 ms; LCP p75 < 2.5 s on key pages.
