Migrate SugarCRM 4.4 to Latest SuiteCRM

i have very old SugarCRM that is running on an old Windows Server and i need to migrate to SuiteCRM. it has some custom modules and other stuff that were built by an ex-developer.
I am looking for someone that is willing to help with the migration and do more work later. Budget is low atm, but will be promising if freelancer would like to commit time. This project will be a way for me to test your skills. I need someone to be able to do this through Zoom and Skype. Please disregard this project if you not are able to.
