Migrate PHP 5.6.3 to Latest PHP version

I am looking for someone to help me with the migration of a PHP 5.6.3 to the latest version of PHP. The server I will be using is Apache and there won’t be any databases to move during this process. Once the migration is complete, I will also need testing done on the final version to make sure that it is up and running and is compatible with my system.
