Migrate Joomla Members Database to a Wordpress Members Database

I am looking for an experienced professional to migrate my Joomla 3.x database to Wordpress. I already have a chosen Wordpress theme for the migration and don't need custom components, modules or plugins from the Joomla site to be migrated as well. This project will also involve recommending and installing a highly stable Wordpress membership plugin option(s).
