Migrate and Customize VUE/Laravel website

I am looking for a skilled developer who can migrate and customize my Vue.js website using Laravel.

I am facing great issues with hosting. Specially mail system is not working as it should be.
Website takes very long time to open in other countries then Norway. In Norway its working fine.

Please suggest a better afforadable clould based hosting. Such as Google hosting, github, DigitalOcean.


Platform: Vue.js / laravel / Rest API.

New Features:

I also require a Workshop/Garage page, where I can add different services we provide with price such as, olje change, tire change etc. Customer should be able to book time on calander and get notfications.

Additionally, I would like to add a new page for car workshop services.
