MightyCall API Integration for Psychic Website

I'm seeking a seasoned freelancer to aid in the integration of the MightyCall API into my existing website, for the purpose of automating call handling.

- Integrate MightCallAPI to initiate calls to customers
- After the call, we need to report back to our website databse, the duration of the call into the customer's account.

I am working with a Psychic Reading Site. Customers buy minutes to talk with our Psychic Advisors. Currently, we offer live chat readings. So customer talks with their Psychic through text chat, and their minutes count down as their reading progresses. Now, we want to offer the same thing over the phone, while keeping control of the minutes used, to keep an accurate tally of the customer's remaining minutes.
Here's the scenario we need:

1. Customer Purchases Minutes to talk with Psychic
2. A Phone session is initiated. The customer and psychic have a talk session.
3. After the call, report back to Psychic Website the duration of the call, so we can keep track of how many minutes are remaining, if any.
For Example, if the customer Purchases 30 minutes. But the call only lasts for 10 minutes, we need to be able to report back the unused minutes, in order to credit the customers account for 20 unused minutes.
Here's a couple possible ways I can envision to do this,
1) Psychic Initiates the Call
- Customer Purchases Minutes.
- Customer receives a notification that "you will be called soon by the psychic, be ready"
- The psychic receives a notification that customer is waiting for a call.
- The psychic logs into their account, goes to an orders page, then clicks a link to "Start Call"
- The link will hold the Order# and pass it through to the call, and back with the call API response, in order to update the database with the call details
2) Customer Initiates the Call
- Customer Purchases Minutes.
- Customer calls the Phone #, enters an extension, and a code.
- This code is associated with the customers order in our database.
- So after the call, when the API reports back (Call Code, Duration) - we can mark that order# with that Duration.
Your Involvement:

For this project, you will only need to create the API call, and Response.

I will handle the purchase page, notification emails, and all the processes before the point where the call needs to be generated, and then processing after receiving the response back.
I simply need the "API piece" that initiates a call, and receives a response of the duration and order ID#.
I will provide you with a sample code to start with, and you will basically just fill it in with the API calls.
(I added Twilio as a required skill, because I thought that may be similar to MightyCallAPI to attract )
Please let me know a ballpark estimate/range for this API integration project, thank you!
