Laravel / Microweber Developer for Home Page & Blog Page

I need a good graphic artist / website designer who knows about website layout and design and has experience with Microweber https://microweber.com/
We will use their CMS so I can make changes in the future after you complete the home page and blog page
I have most the ad copy now, working on just s few more features to add to the feature list.
It is for a technology startup who specializes in phone service, demographic data, marketing and lead generation.
It will have 3 videos on the home page, In addition it needs form to submit for a demo or more information on the bottom of the home page, this needs a place to save the information in a csv file somewhere. I'm pretty sure Miroweber has a plugin for this now.
