Microsoft Word Template ADD IN With PHP API -- 2

The goal is to create a Microsoft Word ADD-IN and pure PHP based API (API is almost done, I can give you and you can use it if you wish). API should use MySQL database (it is also almost done, I can give you and you can use it if you wish). Files should be stored on webserver by PHP.

The ADD-IN needs fetch template list through API and also a selected template's details, API should be able to save/list/ serve templates (docx + fields variables).
