Microsoft Teams x GLPI Integration (Direct Chat with User)

I need to develop an integration between GLPI 10.0.0.19 and Microsoft Teams, allowing users to interact with the system directly through private chat in Teams.

The communication must be confidential and traceable, without using channels or groups. Users should be able to open tickets, check their status, receive notifications, and reply directly through Teams.

Required Features

Open ticket: user starts a ticket in Teams → GLPI automatically registers it.

Check tickets: user requests open/closed tickets → GLPI returns a summary.

Notifications: ticket creation, updates, and closure notifications sent to the user’s private chat.

Reply to ticket: user’s message in Teams is recorded as a follow-up in GLPI.

Deliverables

Full integration between GLPI ↔ Teams (via Microsoft Graph API).

Scripts/configurations for opening, querying, notifications, and replying to tickets.

Basic installation and usage documentation.

Functional tests in a staging environment.
