Microsoft BI Reports and Graphs

Currently using PHP reports and graph and we would like to import datas from CSV export and SQL into Microsoft BI enviroment.
At the moment we generate CSV file from our PHP pages, but we want to pass-by trough direct import.

We are looking for:
- Setup a based version of Microsoft BI (free) on our Cloud Server (Windows 2019)
- Import CSV inside Microsoft BI local storage
- Import SQL (direct connection on MySQL database) inside Microsoft BI local storage
- Normalize and clear data where MS BI requests specific format
- Create Reports and Graph based on filters
- Create the basic template to modify (future)
- Dashboard to show report and Graph (with specific refresh page where possible)
- Docs, test and release
