Microsoft Chatbot Framework

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me build a Microsoft Chatbot Framework for customer support. The chatbot should have advanced natural language processing capabilities. We currently do not have any FAQs, so I would need help creating them. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in building chatbots and a strong understanding of natural language processing. The project will involve the following:
- Using the Microsoft Chatbot Framework, create a Chatbot for customer self-service support
- Creating an FAQ database for the chatbot to use
- Integrating advanced natural language processing capabilities into the chatbot
- Testing and refining the chatbot to ensure it provides accurate responses
