MicroFinance System (Add New Features) - PHP - Codeigniter - MYSQL

I have a system, already in operation, I would like to add new functions, it was made in PHP (Codeigniter)
I would like to add new functions like:
- Send SMS and Email directly to Borrower
- Auto Send SMS and Email
- Send bulk SMS to borrowers on the Daily Collection Sheet or the Overdue Loans Sheets.
- Integrate with Local Payment Gateway API (costumer make payment via entity/reference and system show that already paid)
