Overview
We are transforming our current manual process into a secure, automated web platform. The platform will include user accounts, an admin panel, contract automation via Adobe Sign, Revolut onboarding workflow tracking, document uploads, referral system, and audit logs capturing user IP and browser info.
1 USER SYSTEM
1.1 Account Creation & Registration
User completes a form on the website (fields: full name, email, phone, address, desired company name, referral code if any).
Submitting the form creates a user account, sends confirmation email with login credentials, and triggers contract generation.
1.2 User Dashboard
Shows status tracker from submission through referral system access granted.
2 CONTRACT AUTOMATION
2.1 Adobe Sign API Integration
Generates and sends contract to user email immediately upon form submission, using user data in template.
2.2 Contract Status Tracking
Tracks Awaiting Signature, Signed, or Declined status via Adobe API.
