Metronic HTML Theme Entegration With Laravel, InertiaJS and Vue3

I purchased Metronic theme from ThemeForest and tried to build a SPA with InertiaJS and Vue in a Laravel Project.
The external scripts of Metronic Theme is not working without refreshing page. I think it's something about loading of scripts before DOM. I could'nt make it work so i need help to make it work.
