Metaverse Built on the XRP Ledger

We have a metaverse gaming project, currently at its protocol level. We have plans, Whitepaper and GDD. As well as 3D models and characters we want in the game.
We are currently looking for a developer but at this stage we have a free shortlisted. We would require your help in finding us the right studio that can mix a 3d metaverse blockchain together.
This would be out of freelancer or inside, we have struggled to get emails back from other big studios, so we would require you to have a link with potential developers too.
This will be a long term proposal as we are just getting started, we would need someone who’s excellent at written and spoken English, as well as fast communication, dedication to our project and also much indirect knowledge in marketing, design and game project management, with some blockchain knowledge.
