Meta Verse App Development in Flutter

We are looking for a Metaverse flutter app development, where we can travel to other cities virtually. Where people could broadcast their CCTV Footage and make it open for public and we can show those CCTV Footages based upon Map locations.
There will be an Admin panel on PHP.
User and broadcaster app will be same. User can be a broadcaster also.
If any user want to some beaches or some temples or other premium places then it will be chargible for them, we will define which is premium or which is free.
There should be an option to enter the IP address of IP Cameras in the app, as well as scan the QR code on camera to make it live available for public.
There should be an option to make the IP Camera live for public or stop streaming.
If this streaming can be done through some Facebook page or Youtube page or whatever APi is needed, you will have to make it done.
Google Map API needs to be integrated to fetch the live location.
Payment gateway API needed to be integrated.

Source code will be handed over to us whenever we ask for it.
Your work will be considered finished only after app is made live on Playstore and app store and clearing all bugs .
Payment will be made in milestones.
