Description
I need a Meta expert to troubleshoot and resolve issues in our Magento-based store connected to Meta Commerce. Although the setup is complete, we are facing catalog synchronisation issues and concerns with generating a secure, long-lived Instagram access token. The job includes:
• Diagnosing and resolving catalog synchronisation errors to comply with Meta’s policies.
• Generating and implementing a long-lived Instagram access token to keep the feed automatically syncing.
Important Notes:
• The setup will remain unchanged; only troubleshooting is needed.
• All work to be done via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• You'll be given a full tour of the current setup and existing configurations.
The engagement is complete when there are no compliance errors, the feed syncs automatically, and products appear correctly tagged within Instagram and Facebook Shopping.
