Merge product stock out of ERP system (API) with stock.csv and create new_stock.csv -- 3

Task:
1. create stock file out of ERP system with API
2. merge customer stock with a manufacturer stock list coming as stock.csv
2. merge both file and create/save as new_stock_total.csv
3. upload new_stock_total.csv to ftp server directoty
A part of the possible solution (merging two files over Excel with check) still exists
The whole process has to run automatic on customer PC or server. It is possible to use mysql and Excel.
