Merge 2 Sites - Drupal To WP

I have two websites one old and one new - both with similar content, but I'd like to get the data from the old Drupal site to the new WP site.
I also have a huge old HTML site with much more content I'd also like merged, but that is perhaps impossible and a secondary issue.
