Membership Tracking System Development

I'm looking for a software solution to manage and track our membership program. This application should be installed on a Windows PC and be accessible through a web browser. It needs to integrate seamlessly with our POS system.

Key Requirements:
1. Create User-Member: The application should allow an employee to create a new member by inputting their Name, Last Name, Phone Number and membership validity period. The membership can be for 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Membership Card Scanning: The application should be able to check a user's status by scanning their membership card. The scan should determine:
- If the membership is valid
- The last check-in time

The membership cards will contain either a barcode or a QR code, which needs to be scanned for verification. The application should be able to handle either type of card.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Windows software development
- Proficient in web-based application development
- Understanding of POS system integration
- Knowledge in QR and Barcode scanning implementation
- Previous work with membership or tracking systems would be a plus.
