Membership Site Development with Stripe & Referral System

I require a simple but attractive and responsive website which will require payment via stripe and login/redirect to course content which will be 8 embedded pdf files that cannot be downloaded or copied.
Simple referral area with links and banners. Referral system is simple but must recognise when user makes a sale via stripe. I should be able to add other promotional content in here.
Included in the site is also a simple free ebook giveaway page with auto responder form.
