Membership Registration Software

We will request for a software that can allow members of a group to register in it. To register, and already registered member must refer you. we will have 3 different group of members and each member will belong to a region , District and a constituency. administrators must be able to broadcast emails and WhatsApp messages and SMS to members . The software must accept payment gateway for membership monthly/quaterly /annual contributions by members. it will show members in good standing and send reminder for monthly payment.
