**Technical Requirements**
- Create automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
- Set up integrations between Fathom and Google Workspace
- Implement error handling and notification systems
- Document the entire automation process
**Specific Workflow Tasks to Automate**
1. Trigger automation when new Fathom meeting recording is available
2. Extract meeting summary and transcript from Fathom
3. Create new Google Doc from template
4. Populate template with meeting content
5. Download meeting recording
6. Create organized folder structure in Google Drive
7. Upload all content to designated folders
8. Send completion notification
**Required Skills**
