Mautic Expert Needed for SMS Integration

I'm seeking a skilled Mautic marketing automation professional to enhance my email web form action. Currently, the system sends form results via email to the admin. I need to modify this function to also send SMS notifications to mobile phones using Twilio, which is already set up on my Mautic platform.
Key Requirements:
- SMS should include full content of the form submitted by a lead.
- The system should be capable of sending SMS to multiple mobile numbers, not just a single one.
- The SMS content should be sent to all form content, regardless of the number of fields in the form.
