Mash-up of two WP plugins: Real 3D Flipbook + Voicer Text-to-speech to be installed as a paid feature on website with membership login. -- 2
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want an end solution combining the two features of these two plugins:
1. Insert a PDF with text and graphics.
2. Voicer plugin converts the text and ALT-text of graphics page by page to 'robotic speech'.
3. Audio-file (robotic speech) is inserted into each of the pages in the Real 3D Flipbook, so when flipping the only content of the specific page is read of loud.
NOTE: This mash-up must be a combined and working plugin on a Wordpress membersite. This feature must be setup to be very userfriendly. Therefore the process from PDF to combined Flipbook-Audiobook must be intuitive and quick to use.

If you want to build it from scratch with Google Text-to-Speech API and Adobe - without using Voicer and Real 3D Flipbook it's OK. The solution just must be the same functionalities as described.
