Marketplace website with crypto payment

1) It will be a freelance job platform as the same with Fiverr.com
2) We have purchased a wordpress theme with very similar features to Fiverr.
The customizations we require:
3) users will connect to their metamask wallet through an icon on the right corner.
4) freelancers will publish their freelance gig campaigns in USD dolar price
5) however, payments will be made only with our own crypto token. It is a BSC BEP-20 based token. We have created it.
6) at the back-end, system will check current market price of our token per every 10 minutes.
Here, system will connect to pancakeswap or another crypto exchange with an API to check current price.
7) when a purchaser submits an order and while making payment, system will collect payment with our token.
8) Payment will be collected to our escrow purpose metamask wallet. We will not hold any fund on the database.
Here, our metamask wallet will act like our bank account. Just creating connection between their metamask and our metamask.
9) Until job is completed and approved, this payment will be held within our metamask wallet.
We only will reflect this to balances of freelancers. After job is approved, it will be reflected to available balance of freellancer after deducting our commission..
10) when a freelancer requests payout, we will transfer their payment with our token to their metamask wallet.
Here, freelancer may submit his metamask wallet address within the panel. Then, we will make transfer from our metamask to his metamask.
Manuel process may be used at the beginning. When business grows, then we can make it automatic in the future.
