I'd like to build a marketplace for freelancers basically like the one we're on now or similar.
There has been some work done using PHP, MariaDB, Redis, NodeJS, so I think we'll continue with this tech stack unless you have a different opinion that you can convince me with.
Since I'm not sure how much to set for this project, I'm open to consider different proposals.
Basically, below are the main sections/functionalities/modules/requirements.

* A clean, responsive, frameworkless application with modular design so that individual modules can be enabled/disabled and future modules can be integrated seamlessly.
* Scalability and high availability and cluster ready.
* A real time messaging/notification/chat system through in-house (not through 3rd party service) websockets.
* Various payment gateways integration (PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards, Payoneer, bank transfer...).
* Admin panel that controls every aspect and function on the website with different access levels for different roles.
* Account/profile management panel.
* Dispute management system.
* Two-way feedback/comments/rating from client to freelancers and vice versa.
* Integrated complaint/dispute queue.
* Integrated support system, FAQ/Knowledge base.
* Biometric identity verification system for user registration.
* Multi-layered security options for accounts (password, 2FA, SMS..).
