C2c Market place script for TOR browser

In our project, there will be a sales opportunity from the customer to the customer, but instead of sending the direct fee, it will be sent to us first, then when the customer receives the product, we will send the fee to the seller. Payments will be made via the coin system BTC ect. A commission will be taken from the products sold and a different commission amount can be added to each product. Customers will notify that the product has been received via a button when the product is received, and can give points for the seller, the sellers can advertise their products, each ad section of the site can be priced differently, all other features will be c2c marketplace standard.
