I'm organizing a marathon event and need a robust photo search system. This system should allow participants to search for their race photos using their bib numbers.

Key tasks and system requirements include:
1. Capturing photos of runners at key points along the marathon route.
2. Using Tesseract OCR to extract bib numbers from the photos.
3. Storing the images and bib number associations in a MySQL database.
4. Providing a user-friendly interface where runners can search for their photos by entering their bib number.
5. Watermarking all photos and lowering their resolution for preview purposes.
6. Implementing a payment gateway for users to buy non-watermarked and high-resolution photos.

The system should be developed using PHP, covering backend, database, OCR processing, image storage, and a frontend search interface. To ensure cost-effectiveness, it needs to be server resource friendly, with images stored in an Amazon S3 bucket.
